Q. What is your work schedule?

A. Monday through Friday (7:00 am-4:30pm) and (4:30 pm-1:30am)

Q. If I need staff weekend can you provide the service?

A. Yes, we can work on weekend just contact the responsible engineers.

Q. Is the staff trained to handle any tool?

A. Yes, the staff is trained and if it is a new tool, training is given

Q. Can you make sorting and rework of small quantities?

A. We are at the disposal of what the customer requires, either small or large amounts of material.

Q. Do you have enough staff on both shifts?

A. Each shift has a supervisor, leaders, specialists in painting and operators.

Q. Do all employees have social security?

A. Yes, all employees have social security coverage

Q. Do you have workbenches and tools of your own to be installed in the plant?

A. Yes, we have work tables, granite tables, tools like roto-tool, drill press, vernier, micrometers, optical comparator, emery, presses, air gun, etc.

Q. Do you have availability for overtime?

A. We have staff available for overtime on both first and second shifts and weekends.

Q. Is there enough space to store material and do sorting and reworks?

A. We have an area of ​​2000 square feet.

Q. Do you have transportation for staff?

A. There are 4 trucks to transport personnel to various industrial parks.

Q. Are you certified by any ISO?

A. The company is in the process of certification.

Q. Do you have cargo truck to transport pallets of material?

A. We have a closed cargo truck.

Q. How fast can you provide a quote for a sorting or rework?

A. The quote is provided in the same day.

Q. What kind of report do you handle to keep track of sorted or reworked material?

A. There is an hourly report prepared by the leader and the customer receives a summary of what is being done daily via e-mail.

Q. Can you make any fixture, gage pin or tool for a sorting?

A. Yes, we can manufacture if we have the specifications of what the customer requires.

Q. Do staff that comes to work at plants wear uniforms and identifications of the company?

A. All staff have company ID's, gown or shirt with company logo.

Q. Besides sorting and rework service can you provide personnel for any production line?

A. Yes, we can provide personnel to production lines.

Q. Can you provide services to foreign companies (outside of Mexico)?

A. Yes, we can provide the service.

Q. Do you train staff before starting the sorting or rework service?

A. All personnel before beginning to work it is given a training with a process chart prepared by SMR and the visual aids provided by the customer.

Q. If I want to make changes or new dispositions in the sorting or re-work they are doing, whom shall I contact?

A. You can contact the supervisor or leader that is in charge of the operators.

Q. Do you have transportation of personnel to any industrial park?

A. Yes we have transportation and staff is taken to any required park.
